HUGE waste of my time, gas, and energy. Tires were not even at the shop as promised the day before. One of the techs called some woman, my assumption is she runs the shop, and she told me that the tires would have to be picked up and that could take an hour or more because they were special order. When I gave her the price I was quoted she said "that's not even our cost". Not sure why they conduct business like this. Maybe to get folks to show up and just agree with anything because they're already there? I didn't have the time to sit and wait, nor did I want to deal with the haggling of being quoted incorrectly. I had two referrals for them had the transaction gone through smoothly. Looks like another shop will be getting that business - whoopsie. ***edit - to the response*** No, the quoted price was exactly what I mentioned. The FB add states, "40x13.50x17 TOYO OPEN COUNTRY MT MUD TERRAIN TIRES (4) $1,799". I can provide a screenshot of the quoted price for mount and balance if that would help clarify things. I came in thinking I was just going to get 2 tires replaced and then would go on my way. But as I got to talking to Qamar about other issues with my car and how expensive it would be, he did a diagnostic check and gave me a fair and decent estimate of the cost. I will definitely keep coming back here. I left feeling confident the work was done and I was not taken advantage of. I will definitely come again and have my relatives come for their car issues.

Took my 2012 Ford Transit Connect into The Tire and Wheel Center to get some work done, and they really delivered. Big shoutout to the owner, Qamar, for setting me up with a great deal on tires, an alignment, and swapping out my shocks. It is hard to find a shop that gives you a fair price these days, but Qamar made it happen. The van handles like it's brand new again. Thanks again to the whole crew!

LOVE THE GUY NAMED JUNIOR AT THIS TIRE SHOP 🚗👄 I had a problem with a part on the car. I had to change it right away and Junior did it by unscrewing a bolt and putting in the coil in less than a minute. I tried to pay him but he wouldn't accept it. That type of excellent customer service is hard to get these days but Junior has it.

Amazing same day service. Customer service was responsive, thoughtful and accommodating. I needed 37's and had them on that same day-the best price - people can't believe what kind of deal I received! Customer for life now!
